Returns are welcome within 21 days after delivery.
In case your item is damaged in transit - which hopefully will never happen as We do pack orders very carefully! - We are happy to replace it.
If a Buyer changes their mind, We will issue a refund on an item only after we receive it (excluding handling fee). The item must be securely packed as shipped. The return shipment is made at the expense of a Buyer.
If the fault for a non-delivered shipment is on the Buyer’s side (including, but not limited to: addressee could not be located; wrong or insufficient address; addressee was absent at the time of delivery; the delivery was not rescheduled), the shipping fee is paid by the Buyer then in case of repeated shipment or refund.
No returns on Custom orders, except due to shipping damages.
